Privacy Policy
Effective 13 September 2026
This policy explains how the Organics AI Passport team handles information when you use Organics AI Passport. Contact us at [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
Google sign-in supplies your Google account identifier, name, email address, email-verification status, and profile picture when available. Authentication records may include Google tokens, token expiry times, and granted scopes. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, or Google Drive files.
We store the phone number you provide, your language preference, account role and tier, and the time you accept the terms. We also store prompts, uploaded reference files, generated outputs, generation settings and status, conversations when used, and credit-usage records. Session and login records include timestamps, IP addresses, and browser or device information.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, activate and manage your account, process your AI requests, display your saved work, account for credits, provide support, and operate and protect the service. Your phone number is required for account activation and profile administration. Session cookies keep you signed in; a preference cookie remembers your language.
Service providers and access
Google handles authentication. DigitalOcean hosts the application, database, and file storage. AI requests are sent through OpenRouter to the selected model provider, including the prompt, relevant conversation history, generation settings, and reference files needed for the request. Provider retention and processing practices can differ by model. Do not submit confidential information or other people’s personal data unless you are authorized to do so.
Authorized administrators can access account details, login history, and usage records to manage the service. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect users. The app does not sell Google account data, use it for advertising, or send Google authentication tokens to AI model providers.
Storage and retention
Information is kept while needed to provide your account and saved work, maintain usage and security records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Service providers may process information outside your country. Access controls and authenticated connections protect the service, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can edit profile details in Settings and delete saved generations or conversations using the controls available in the app. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and associated data, email [email protected] from your account email. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal obligations, or backup recovery; we will explain applicable limits when handling your request.
You can revoke Passport’s Google access in your Google account connections. Revoking access does not by itself delete information already stored in Passport; contact us to request deletion.
Updates
We will update this page and its effective date when this policy changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact information.
