Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Organics AI Passport, provided by the Organics AI Passport team. By accepting these terms during activation, you agree to them. Contact [email protected] for service or account questions.

Your account

Use accurate account information and a phone number you are entitled to provide. Protect your Google account and Passport session, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. If using Passport for an organization, you must have permission to submit its information and use its resources.

Permitted use

Use the service lawfully and comply with the selected AI provider’s applicable usage rules. Do not submit material you lack permission to use, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, create illegal or abusive content, impersonate others deceptively, bypass safety or credit controls, or interfere with the service.

Your content and AI outputs

You retain any rights you have in material you submit. You authorize us and the service providers processing your requests to store, transmit, and process that material as needed to provide the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to other people’s outputs. Review them before use or publication. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, legal protection, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of outputs must respect applicable law, third-party rights, and the selected provider’s terms.

Credits and availability

Generation requests use credits at the price displayed in the app. Credits are service-usage units, not money, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Account tiers, allowances, models, and available features may change. Deleting a saved output does not restore the credits used to create it. Contact support about failed requests or incorrect credit charges.

We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security issues, maintenance, or violations of these terms. The service depends on external providers and may experience delays, errors, or interruptions. Keep separate copies of work you need to retain.

Privacy and ending use

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, processing, retention, and deletion requests. You may stop using Passport at any time and contact us to request account deletion.

Responsibility and changes

The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free AI results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We will publish changes on this page and communicate material changes through the service or account contact information.
